Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive trends and technologies impacting 2026 landscapes
- Develop comprehensive 10-year strategic roadmaps for enterprise clients across tech, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Design and facilitate scenario-planning workshops with C-suite executives
- Analyze complex datasets to forecast market shifts and competitive dynamics
- Create thought leadership frameworks published in industry journals and conferences
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-state solutions
- Mentor junior futurists and establish departmental best practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, Economics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic roadmaps for global enterprises
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy publications
- Experience facilitating executive workshops and presenting to C-level audiences
