Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive horizon scanning for 2026+ trends across AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks to model future market disruptions and opportunities
- Translate foresight insights into actionable strategic roadmaps for product development and market expansion
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academic researchers, and industry thought leaders
- Present compelling future-vision narratives to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Champion innovation labs to prototype solutions for emerging 2026-era challenges
- Author thought leadership publications and whitepapers on future-shaping technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futures research
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and storytelling ability
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex strategic initiatives
- Published author or recognized speaker on future-focused topics
