Responsibilities

- Develop and publish annual 2026 strategic foresight reports for C-suite executives
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for 5-10 year market transformations
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prioritize innovation pipelines aligned with future market demands
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and external stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academic researchers, and industry pioneers
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-readiness into organizational DNA
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning or futurist roles within tech/biotech sectors
- Proven track record of published trend analysis or foresight methodologies
