Responsibilities

- Architect 5-year innovation roadmaps aligned with emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Present executive-level insights through compelling narratives and visualizations
- Establish cross-functional 'Future Councils' to embed foresight into organizational DNA
- Author thought leadership publications and industry white papers
- Monitor global signals (geopolitical, environmental, technological) for strategic implications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futures research
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Proven track record translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Economics, Technology, or related field
- Deep understanding of emerging tech trajectories (AI/ML, Web3, climate tech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating future-shaping projects or publications
