Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal patterns by 2026
- Develop predictive frameworks using AI-driven analytics and scenario planning methodologies
- Present strategic foresight briefings to executive leadership and cross-functional teams
- Architect innovation roadmaps aligning with emerging market opportunities
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions
- Publish thought leadership on industry evolution trends
- Build and mentor a foresight analytics team
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in trend analysis or strategic planning at Fortune 500 level
- Expertise in AI/ML-driven forecasting tools and scenario modeling
- Published author or speaker on technological disruption topics
- Proficiency in data visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, biotech, AGI)
- Experience with cross-cultural trend analysis methodologies
