Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain multi-year strategic foresight frameworks for 2026-2030 horizon
- Lead scenario planning workshops with executive stakeholders and industry thought leaders
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, bio-convergence) for market disruption potential
- Produce actionable trend reports with quantitative and qualitative analysis
- Design innovation incubation programs for future-facing business units
- Present strategic recommendations to Board of Directors and investor communities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite strategy role
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership on technology disruption (e.g., Harvard Business Review)
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
