Responsibilities

- Architect the innovation pipeline for 2026-2030 product roadmaps
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs

- Present strategic recommendations to the board of directors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial strategies
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotech disruption forecasting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and Delphi methodologies
