- Represent company at global innovation summits and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or future-tech planning
- Proven track record launching products/services with 5+ year market impact
- Expertise in scenario planning and long-term trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Experience with agile innovation frameworks (Design Thinking, Lean Startup)
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) for trend forecasting
- Global network within tech innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, Shenzhen, Berlin)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
