Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic innovation roadmap across AI, biotech, and sustainable energy verticals
- Lead scenario planning for global market disruptions and regulatory shifts
- Drive cross-functional alignment between R&D, product, and commercial teams
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and track progress against 2026 deliverables
- Build and manage a $50M annual innovation fund portfolio
- Represent FutureHorizon at industry foresight forums and thought leadership platforms
- Mentor senior leadership on emerging technology adoption curves
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Proven track record of delivering multi-year transformational initiatives
- Expertise in horizon scanning and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies (PhD/MBA preferred)
- Certification in Foresight, Strategic Foresight, or Innovation Management
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their market implications
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Portfolio of successfully executed 5-year strategic plans
