Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech vectors (quantum computing, biotech fusion, decentralized systems) and their market implications through 2026+
- Develop predictive models for industry disruption scenarios using proprietary foresight methodologies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align organizational strategy with future-state capabilities
- Author high-impact trend briefings for executive decision-making and investor relations
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring strategic readiness in volatile future environments
- Partner with R&D to prototype 2026-viable solutions in our innovation labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or technology innovation with proven 2020s trend analysis
- Mastery of scenario planning tools (e.g., STEEPLE analysis, Delphi methods)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership on technological singularity or human-machine collaboration
- Experience modeling complex adaptive systems and second-order consequence mapping
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-state implementations
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., AC/FS preferred)
