- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with corporate growth objectives
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready technologies into development pipelines
- Publish thought leadership reports and speak at industry conferences
- Manage innovation incubator programs for 2026-focused initiatives
- Monitor global policy/regulatory shifts affecting tech adoption
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Advanced degree in Technology Forecasting, Futures Studies, or related field
- Proven track record of translating future trends into business strategy
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, Web3, AR/VR, biotech)
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario-building capabilities
- Published thought leadership in tech futures or innovation
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies
- Certification in Futures Research (preferred)
