Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics frameworks for 2026 product initiatives
- Conduct algorithmic bias audits and risk assessments for autonomous systems
- Develop stakeholder engagement strategies for ethical AI adoption
- Create governance policies for generative AI and predictive analytics
- Lead cross-functional ethics committees with engineering, legal, and product teams
- Proactively identify emerging ethical challenges in AI deployment
- Author thought leadership on responsible AI transformation
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI ethics, governance, or responsible technology roles
- Deep expertise in bias mitigation and fairness metrics for ML systems
- Proven track record of developing corporate AI ethics policies
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Strong technical fluency in AI/ML architectures and deployment
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
