Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps for AI integration across healthcare, climate, and education sectors
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and risks
- Author white papers on AI ethics and governance frameworks for global policymakers
- Partner with product teams to incubate next-gen AI applications
- Keynote at international conferences on the future of human-machine symbiosis
- Establish KPIs for measuring AI's societal impact and ethical alignment
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent strategic foresight certification
- 10+ years in strategic planning at Fortune 500 tech or research institutions
- Published thought leadership on AI governance (minimum 3 peer-reviewed papers)
- Expertise in exponential technology forecasting (quantifiable track record)
- Proficiency in scenario modeling tools (e.g., @RISK, AnyLogic)
- Deep understanding of AI ethics frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Experience advising C-suite on technology transformation
