Responsibilities
- Efficiently transport guest luggage between vehicles and rooms
- Provide personalized assistance with check-in/check-out procedures
- Offer local recommendations for dining, entertainment, and transportation
- Maintain luggage storage areas and tracking systems
- Assist with valet parking during peak hours
- Collaborate with concierge team to fulfill guest requests
- Uphold stringent cleanliness and safety standards
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Professional appearance and polished demeanor
- Knowledge of Dallas attractions and transportation systems
- Basic computer proficiency for guest management systems
