Responsibilities
- Efficiently transport guest luggage and provide seamless check-in/check-out assistance
- Deliver personalized recommendations for local attractions, dining, and entertainment
- Maintain pristine condition of lobby areas, entrances, and public spaces
- Coordinate with valet, concierge, and housekeeping teams for cohesive service
- Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and local expertise
- Safely operate resort vehicles (golf carts, luggage carts) per safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Professional appearance and punctual work ethic
- Knowledge of Virginia Beach area is a major plus
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts
