Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and assist hotel guests with luggage and belongings
- Safely transport luggage to guest rooms using hotel carts
- Provide insider knowledge about Oakland attractions, dining, and transportation
- Coordinate with valet and concierge teams for seamless guest services
- Maintain pristine lobby and entrance areas at all times
- Assist with special requests including restaurant reservations and local tours
- Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and local expertise
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Oakland and Bay Area attractions
- Professional appearance and friendly demeanor
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Valid California driver's license preferred
