Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional luggage assistance to arriving and departing guests
- Safely transport guest belongings using hotel-approved equipment
- Deliver items (room service packages, documents, etc.) to guest rooms
- Act as a local concierge with knowledge of Long Beach attractions
- Maintain pristine lobby and entrance areas
- Collaborate with front desk team for seamless guest services
- Uphold strict safety protocols for guest belongings
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds safely and repeatedly
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid California driver's license (required for valet duties)
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Long Beach geography
- Must pass background check and drug screening
