Responsibilities
- Efficiently transport guest luggage to/from rooms using luggage carts
- Provide warm, personalized greetings upon guest arrival
- Offer detailed guidance on hotel amenities and local attractions
- Assist with valet parking and vehicle retrieval when needed
- Maintain pristine lobby and entrance area cleanliness
- Respond promptly to guest requests via phone or in-person
- Collaborate with concierge and front desk teams for seamless service
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid Kansas driver's license (for valet duties)
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Professional appearance and friendly demeanor
- Basic knowledge of Wichita attractions and landmarks
