Responsibilities
- Efficiently transport guest luggage to/from rooms using bell carts
- Provide local recommendations and assist with guest inquiries
- Coordinate valet parking services during peak hours
- Maintain pristine luggage storage areas and equipment
- Assist with event setup and room deliveries
- Uphold strict safety protocols for guest belongings
- Collaborate with front desk and housekeeping teams
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months hospitality or customer service experience
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in using hotel management systems (Opera preferred)
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of San Antonio attractions and transportation
