Responsibilities
- Efficiently transport guest luggage to/from rooms using luggage carts
- Provide exceptional door service for arriving/departing guests
- Assist with valet parking and vehicle retrieval
- Deliver in-room items (amenities, supplies, packages) promptly
- Maintain pristine lobby and entrance areas
- Collaborate with concierge and front desk teams
- Execute safety protocols during severe weather emergencies
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Valid Nebraska driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Omaha geography
