What You Will Do:
As a Bellhop, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable from the moment they arrive. Your role is vital in maintaining the high standards of luxury and service we are known for.
Responsibilities
- Assist guests with luggage, packages, and deliveries with a smile and efficiency.
- Provide directions and local recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
- Operate hotel or venue elevators and assist with loading/unloading vehicles.
- Maintain a clean and organized storage area for guest belongings.
- Uphold strict safety protocols and property care standards.
- Communicate effectively with front desk and management teams.
- Remain professional and courteous in all interactions, rain or shine.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, moving, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Availability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and walk long distances.
