Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Manage reservations and ensure accurate room assignments
- Perform daily inspections of guest rooms and common areas
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Process payments and handle cash transactions
