Responsibilities
- Efficiently transport guest luggage and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
- Provide warm, professional greetings and directions to all hotel guests
- Operate elevator systems and maintain lobby cleanliness and organization
- Deliver in-room items and assist with special guest requests
- Collaborate with front desk and valet teams to ensure seamless service
- Report maintenance issues and safety concerns promptly
- Maintain professional appearance and adhere to brand standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required)
- Outstanding customer service mindset and communication skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid California driver's license (for shuttle operations)
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of San Jose area attractions and transportation
- Team player with strong problem-solving abilities
- No hospitality experience necessary – training provided!
