Responsibilities
- Safely transport guest luggage and belongings to/from rooms
- Provide courteous assistance with check-in/out procedures
- Deliver items (room service, packages, amenities) promptly
- Maintain pristine lobby and common areas
- Coordinate with valet and front desk teams
- Respond to guest requests with professionalism
- Assist with event setup and breakdown
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid NC driver's license (required for valet duties)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Basic knowledge of Raleigh area landmarks
