- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints translating foresight into R&D priorities
- Present future outlooks to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and lead a global foresight team of researchers and analysts
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks
- Author thought leadership publications on future-shaping technologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating trends into commercial strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Deep expertise in AI, biotech, climate resilience, and quantum computing
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Published author or keynote speaker at global innovation forums
- Experience scaling foresight operations in multinational corporations
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
