Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest services through personalized recommendations and local expertise
- Manage reservations, transportation arrangements, and VIP experiences
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns with proactive problem-solving
- Collaborate with housekeeping, valet, and front desk teams
- Maintain detailed knowledge of Louisville attractions, events, and services
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest records
- Uphold brand standards while creating memorable interactions
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years luxury hospitality or concierge experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Deep knowledge of Louisville culture, attractions, and logistics
- Proficiency in Opera PMS or similar hotel management systems
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
