- Handle incoming calls and emails with professionalism, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Process payments accurately and maintain daily reconciliation logs.
- Assist guests with local recommendations and address any concerns or special requests promptly.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and brand standards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or reception is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer operations.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
