Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences through warm, attentive service at all touchpoints
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures efficiently using hotel systems
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism
- Assist with valet, bell services, and room coordination as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of public areas and workspaces
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams
- Adhere strictly to safety, hygiene, and brand standards
Qualifications
- No experience required – we train all associates!
- Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the US
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer literacy (typing skills a plus)
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills
- Valid Illinois driver's license (for valet positions)
