Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms and common areas including bed-making, vacuuming, and sanitizing
- Replace linens, towels, and amenities according to hotel standards
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report to maintenance team
- Stock cleaning supplies and maintain organized storage areas
- Assist with deep cleaning projects during low-occupancy periods
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and sanitation procedures
- Collaborate with front desk staff for room turnover coordination
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Attention to detail with high cleanliness standards
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment
