Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service in front desk, housekeeping, or food & beverage roles
- Maintain pristine room standards and common areas according to brand specifications
- Process check-ins/checkouts efficiently using property management systems
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
- Adhere to all safety, hygiene, and brand compliance protocols
- Support daily inventory management and supply organization
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer proficiency with willingness to learn property systems
- Valid North Carolina Food Handler's Card (for F&B roles)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork excellence
- Must pass background check and drug screening
