Responsibilities
- Ensure the cleanliness, comfort, and safety of all guest rooms and public areas.
- Check guests in and out efficiently using our hotel management systems.
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
- Perform basic maintenance tasks and report any facility issues to management.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and compliance with all hotel policies.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must possess a valid government-issued ID or driver's license.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights for extended periods.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-service oriented attitude.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
