Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using hotel management software.
- Answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and address guest inquiries regarding services and amenities.
- Handle cash transactions, credit card processing, and manage room keys accurately.
- Resolve guest complaints or issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk, lobby, and public areas.
- Assist in coordinating housekeeping requests and maintenance repairs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; hospitality experience is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with POS systems.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Reliable transportation is preferred.
