Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations during night shift hours including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries
- Monitor hotel security systems and respond promptly to emergency situations
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to maintain property standards
- Handle guest requests, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction through proactive communication
- Process payments, manage reservations, and maintain accurate guest records
- Conduct nightly property inspections and report maintenance needs
- Support valet operations and assist with guest transportation arrangements
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer proficiency with hotel management systems
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
