Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas
- Assist with guest check-in/check-out processes and luggage handling
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and service requests
- Operate hotel equipment (e.g., laundry, HVAC systems) safely
- Follow sanitation protocols and maintain safety standards

Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
