Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Assist with check-in, check-out, and room service requests efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized lobby and public areas.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with patience and problem-solving skills.
- Stock supplies and maintain inventory levels for the front desk and amenities.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping and kitchen teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Operate hotel management software and basic office equipment.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid government-issued ID and proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
- Basic computer literacy is preferred but not required.
- Reliable transportation is a must.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
