Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure to ensure a positive first impression.
- Assist with guest check-in and check-out processes using hotel management software.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, front desk, and common areas.
- Handle incoming phone calls and guest inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Support housekeeping and maintenance teams as needed to ensure the facility is in top condition.
- Process payments and manage cash registers accurately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- A positive attitude and willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
