Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in/check-out processes with efficiency and professionalism
- Handle reservation inquiries and room assignments using PMS systems
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial transaction records
- Respond to guest requests and resolve service issues promptly
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest satisfaction
- Operate hotel systems including phones, key cards, and billing software
- Assist with valet services and luggage handling as needed
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Basic proficiency with hotel management software
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Colorado driver's license for valet duties
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
