Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest check-in/check-out service with warm professionalism
- Maintain immaculate housekeeping standards across guest rooms and common areas

- Operate hotel management systems (PMS) efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations

Qualifications
- Previous hotel/hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with digital systems

- Valid Nebraska ID and reliable transportation
