Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, identifying key emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Edge Computing) for integration.
- Lead cross-functional teams to align technical capabilities with long-term business objectives.
- Conduct rigorous R&D analysis to assess the viability of disruptive technologies.
- Establish a governance framework for technology adoption and lifecycle management.
- Present strategic visions to the C-Suite and Board of Directors to secure budget and support.
- Partner with external vendors and academic institutions to foster innovation partnerships.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Strategic Technology Planning, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Infrastructure.
- Proven track record of successfully launching long-term technology roadmaps.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast market trends and technological shifts.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
- Experience managing multi-million dollar budgets and high-performance engineering teams.
