Responsibilities
- Efficiently transport guest luggage to/from rooms using hotel-provided equipment
- Provide exceptional guest assistance with directions, transportation, and local recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of lobby, bell desk, and baggage storage areas
- Safely operate elevators and assist with valet parking when needed
- Collaborate with front desk and housekeeping teams for seamless guest services
- Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and problem-solving skills
- Adhere to all safety protocols and property security procedures
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we welcome career changers and recent graduates
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and time management abilities
- Valid Colorado driver's license preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Basic knowledge of Denver area a plus
