Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest check-in/check-out experiences using our property management system
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest inquiries with professionalism
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations
- Handle billing processes and payment transactions accurately
- Assist with luggage services and guest requests
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk environment
- Collaborate with concierge team to enhance guest experiences
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (hospitality certification a plus)
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
