Responsibilities
- Provide warm, personalized check-in/check-out services for hotel guests using PMS systems
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries with precision
- Address guest concerns promptly and coordinate with housekeeping/management teams
- Process payments, maintain accurate financial records, and handle cash/credit transactions
- Act as local resource for guests regarding Columbus attractions, dining, and transportation
- Uphold brand standards through professional appearance and service excellence
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- 0-2 years customer service experience with hospitality focus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management software (e.g., Opera)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
