Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor upon arrival.
- Manage guest inquiries, reservations, and check-in/check-out processes efficiently using PMS software.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, reception area, and public spaces.
- Assist in coordinating housekeeping requests and updating room status in real-time.
- Provide exceptional support to the culinary and banquet teams during events and high-occupancy periods.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues with a solution-oriented and empathetic approach.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required; hospitality certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in the hospitality or service industry is preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Proficiency in MS Office and property management systems.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.
