Responsibilities
- Clean guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Change linens, make beds, and replenish amenities (soap, shampoo, towels) in guest rooms.
- Empty trash bins and replace liners in rooms and public areas.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure the property meets our luxury standards.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the Housekeeping Manager immediately.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies regarding chemical handling and equipment use.
- Interact politely and professionally with guests and fellow staff members.
Qualifications
- No prior housekeeping experience required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand, walk, and exert physical effort for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to lift and carry cleaning supplies and equipment weighing up to 25 lbs.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure rooms are cleaned efficiently.
