Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and register guests using hotel management systems
- Efficiently manage check-in/check-out processes and room assignments
- Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and local area expertise
- Process payments and resolve billing discrepancies
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Maintain accurate guest records and confidential information
- Upsell hotel amenities and services to enhance guest satisfaction
Qualifications
