- Check guests in/out efficiently using hotel management systems
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries
- Address guest concerns promptly and maintain high satisfaction
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Promote hotel amenities and local Milwaukee attractions
- Multitask in a fast-paced lobby environment
Qualifications
