Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests warmly and assisting with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Answering incoming calls and managing the front desk switchboard with professionalism.
- Handling guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and courteous manner.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and lobby.
- Processing payments and accurately managing reservations using our property management system.
- Coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure guest needs are met.
