Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations during night shifts, ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and reconcile daily financial reports.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Monitor building security and safety protocols throughout the night.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to prepare rooms for the next day.
- Perform night audit procedures, including posting charges and preparing end-of-day reports.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, hotel operations, or customer service is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong computer proficiency with property management systems (PMS) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
