Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a welcoming and professional demeanor at all times.
- Operations Support: Assist with front desk check-ins and check-outs, manage phone inquiries, and handle luggage and valet services efficiently.
- Housekeeping Coordination: Communicate guest requests to housekeeping staff promptly and assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of common areas and lobby spaces.
- Customer Service: Resolve guest complaints and inquiries with patience and efficiency, escalating complex issues to the management team when necessary.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of guest information, process payments, and assist with inventory management for the front office.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the culinary, maintenance, and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless hotel operations.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required for entry-level roles.
- Experience: No prior experience in hospitality is required. We are looking for a 'can-do' attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Professionalism: A neat, professional appearance and a strong work ethic.
