Responsibilities
- Perform efficient check-in and check-out procedures for guests using our property management system.
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to guest inquiries regarding services, amenities, and local attractions in Las Vegas.
- Handle cash, credit card, and check transactions with accuracy and transparency.
- Monitor security cameras and building access points to ensure guest and property safety.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming demeanor at the front desk during all hours.
- Process wake-up calls, mail deliveries, and special guest requests promptly.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs and room issues.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we provide full training on the job.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Basic computer proficiency and the ability to type at least 30 words per minute.
- A professional appearance and a friendly, outgoing personality.
